A customer has requested some peaches & cream cupcakes. My normal frosting has to be refrigerated and she'll be picking up at my yard sale in the morning. She's good with me doing a cream cheese frosting. Will it work for me to just whip fresh peaches into the mix? Does anyone have a good Peach frosting? I would love to get a bit of that taste of warm peach cobbler on whip cream. Any ideas?

When I make peaches and cream I make a cake with peach chunks in and then make a cream cheese frosting with small chunks of peach in it with.

I do use cream in my cake mix as standard so the flavour does come through really well. I had a peaches and cream wedding cake and it tasted divine and it was also my colour theme.

I ended up sprinkling chopped peaches on top of cupcake batter in each cup before baking. Then, took about half of my butter cream and mixed with a cream cheese frosting. Then, I chopped up 2 peaches and mixed in. It's divine!
