Anyone have a good recipe for a cream cheese filling or a cream cheese buttercream type recipe? I"d love a good one for red velvet cake that holds up for a filling and won't squish Thanks!!!

There is one in the recipe section of this site. It is called Decorator's Cream Cheese frosting. For the first 6 months I was doing cakes, it was the only recipe I used. It never disappoints.

You may want to try Mamwrobins cream of cheese version of Indydebi's buttercream.
