Hello! I am new to the site. Great to be here. Recently started doing gumpaste flowers on swiss meringue buttercream cakes. Do folks usually put the flowers on before delivery or on site? For birthday cakes, can they be put on the fridge for a day or so? thank you!

Gum paste flowers don't tolerate any kind of moisture. You should store then in a cardboard box perhaps on foam rubber or kitchen paper, and keep them in a dry place - they'll last forever that way - unless you drop them icon_smile.gif
