I've made gumpaste/fondant daisies, how do I attach them to my fondant covered cake? I used glue (gumpaste with water) to glue the petals together but I can't imagine that working on the flowers on the sides of the cake - it takes to long to dry. What shoud I do?

You can use gum glue but you are right that you would have to hold them there for a while to get them to stick. I have used piping gel before - very little as too much gets slippery and it holds well. The other option is royal icing which sticks quite fast and strong. You will still have to hold heavier pieces for a bit until the royal sets up but that is usually fairly quickly.

RI works best, in my opinion.

White melted chocolate works beautifully.
