Looking for an idea for a 50th wedding anniversary cake. The part that I'm needing something a little clever would be the couples name is Dick & Jane. The daughters theme for this is Celebrate fun with Dick & Jane. Anyone have any ideas?

If it's their 50th anniversary their age is about right that they probably learned to read with the Dick and Jane books. I doubt if the theme is about the movie. I'd google Dick and Jane books and see what comes up and take it from there.

As someone in this age range-did I admit that? I would strongly suggest it is about the Dick and Jane readers we learned to read with. And Puff and Sally and Spot.........Just a thought, can you do some "kopykake" copies of pics from those old readers?

I thought about that Nana and yes, the daughter said the theme is based on one of the books. Thanks ladies for your input, I'll do a little searching and see what I can come up with. The daughter said they even had a dog named Spot!!
