Hey all!
I am doing my first wedding cake this next week, and am getting SO nervous!! Mainly I am nervous about rolling my MMF big enough to cover an 18" round. I am wondering if any of you have done so, and if one batch of MMF will do it, or if I will need more? I am losing lots of sleep over this worry!!!! LOL!! Any advise will be greatly appreciated!!
The tiers will be 6,10,14,18 icon_smile.gif
Thanks so much!!

WOW! That's a big cake for your first one! I have never covered an 18" before, but I'm sure it's just like covering any other size....just make sure you have enough to cover the top and both sides, I would use a mat and flip the fondant over on top of the cake to prevent any rips. Never made MMF before, so I don't know how much is in one batch...I would make a double batch just to be safe. Good luck.
