Oh my goodness, what a cutie. Enjoy her! We had to put our adoped golden to sleep at age 16 this past April, and it broke my heart. I still look for her when I wake up in the morning.
Congratulations! It will enrich both your lives.
We have just started to look for a dog to adopt from the animal shelters in our area. So far we have not found the right match, but there are so many dogs who need a "forever home." You have a generous heart!
