I made some cupcakes yesterday and iced them with dark chocolate whipped ganache. However my daughters small family birthday party had too be put off til tomorrow and I'm wondering if the whipped ganache on the cupcakes will still be ok too eat? I have had them stored in my cupcake courier and its winter time here at the moment so its been under 20 degrees inside. So do you think they will be safe too eat for tomorrow nights party?
Just so I know for next time, how long does ganache last for?
My wedding cakes filled with ganache sit out at room temp for at least a couple of days with no problems.
