simple choclotate butter cream icing - we make the butter cream icing as shown in Wilton's book, but then add 1/2 cup cocoa to a double batch of icing PLUS 1/4 cup corn syrup. This balances the added dry powder of the cocoa olus makes a very creaky icing - try it - you will like it.
