I tried the recipe posted on Smitten Kitchen blog and it is the best yellow cake recipe I found. I have tried many recipes and was disappointed. This recipe is a keeper. It is posted on her blog

I was not aware of the Smitten Kitchen blog, and I must say-there are some delicious looking recipes on there! Thanks for sharing. I am anxious to try the yellow cake you mentioned. I am also looking for the perfect yellow cake.

I LOVE HER BLOG!!! I've been getting her daily emails for about 2 years now and love each recipe!! I haven't tried the yellow cake recipe though -when was it posted? Thanks so much for sharing!
