On Sunday, my 12-year-old niece was instantly killed in a car accident. She was traveling with her older sister and her fiance when a car crossed the center line and hit them head-on. Barbie was killed instantly, her sister and fiance received seious injuries but they will be okay. Two people in the other car were also killed.

They were on the way to visit a relative that was unable to attend the wedding which was scheduled for the 11th of July. Barbie was to be a bridesmaid and her Mother had just finished her dress. The wedding has been cancelled so they all can heal.

They are having a wake Friday evening and the services will be Saturday. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. Barbie and her 3 siblings lost their Father 6 years ago to cancer.
