I havea cake that I have to make in November. She wants a full bull riding scene.

I am talking chutes (fences)
the Barrel

I might even make an announcers stand, but I've done an above ground hunting blind, it will be the same thing.

Ithink I can manage the cowboys, I have issues with the faces, so I'll just pull their hat down low, One in the chute getting ready for a ride, the others hanging on the fence, with their backsides to the front. Just like a real rodeo.

The barrell will be a cinch.

I think I can handle the fencing/chutes. the signs will be no problem. (the advertisers that 'sponsor' a chute)

Even the clowns will kinda be easy- the hair and makeup will make the faces fairly easy to do.

BUT, the bull- (and even the horses if I try to do a pick up man)
are going to be SOOO hard.

Is there a mold or something I can use? I'd like them to be kinda realistic, I am not thinking 'lifelike' because I dont have that ability. so I can go with cartoonish. but I really need help finding something to make it easier to build.

I dont mind trying to do it in fondant/gumpaste, but know it will be hard.

any ideas?
