I have a small bottle of Wilton butter flavoring does it go bad? I keep it in my spice cabinet next to my microwave and when I took it out today there looked like little bubbles or condensation at the top of the bottle. Is that just oil? I don't see a date on the bottle.

When in doubt throw it out. Wilton butter extract has an alcohol base, not a bit of oil in it. Bubbles are wrong. Pitch it. I keep all my extracts, flavoring oils and emulsions in one of the veg bins in my fridge. Never a question enters my mind that anything could be off.
