I have tried a couple of recipes but I want to know what is your favorite MM fondant recipe on CC. I have printed up T's marshmallow fondant and the Buttercream Marshmallow fondant recipe . Has anyone tried either of these recipes? I'm just looking for something that won't fall apart when I try to pick it up and place it on my cake and tastes really good. TIA.

I personally prefer the simple one...16oz marshmallows, water, powdered sugar and flavoring plus a little crisco for kneading. It's quick and easy and never messes up on me.

I think Rhondas Ultimate MMF is the best ever- not excessively sweet- melts in your mouth. You will not be disappointed!

I agree with catharper. I love the simply recipe and I have never had a problem with it. Can't get any simplier then that. And all the people who didn't like fondant before love it now especially when I enhance it with essence flavoring especially strawberry. Try it, you will like it. Happy baking
