I am going to be 30 next month and my DH is having a small party for me and I want to make my cake. I have yet to make my b'day cake so I want to ROCK this one! The problem is I just can't decide what I want to do! So I was wondering if you all would help? I love all shades of purple, love working with fondant, and love the modern, contemporary, funky, styles of cakes.

I have looked through the galleries, but I just can't decide. I was wondering, if you all would like to post links to cakes that you LOVE? Hopefully that will help me narrow down my focus.

I love anything Pink Cake Box does. Their website is overflowing with "modern, contemporary, funky, styles of cakes". That's where I'd be "looking".
