is elmlea a suitable substitute for cream for ganache? I tried elmlea (cream substitute made from buttermilk) to make ganache before and it just seemed a bit caramel like in consistency, which did not make it easy to spread onto a cake. If I use elmlea do i need to add something like butter to the mix? any suggestions appreciated
