I always see decorators on the cake shows using a special type of exacto knife to cut fondant (it is good on curves/corners etc). I was wondering where I would get this?
I also see decorators using a green cutting mat - wondering where to get that too?

Try an art supply store or the art supply section at your lcoal craft store. Xacto makes a ton of styles. You can even get them with blades that swivel.
