I made the white chocolate strawberry ganche recipe found on this website to use as a crumb coat. I have made the chocolate before and it worked perfect to put fondant over. The problem with the white-strawberry, it melted under the fondant.

Is there a way to make it more like the chocolate fondant but with the white choc. strawberry flavor?
