My cousin will celebrate her 60th birthday next month and asked me to do a cake for her. When I asked if there was anything in particular she'd like, she said "a rainforest"........ Do you have any idea what I could do for her??? Any and all suggestions welcome.

I'd say a jungle cake with some monkeys and tropical birds, like parrots, as well as a whole lot of vines hanging around (the kind Tarzan would swing on). That would be a South American rain forest. Think of the kind of things you'd see on a Dora the Explorer cake (without the characters, of course!). Is that any help?
