I have decided to make mini cakes for my niece's bridal shower and I will need 50 of them. I am using BC frosting and then MMF over that. The problem is that they are so small which is making it hard to get a thin layer of the BC over them. Plus the frosting keeps coming off while I frost the cakes. What should I do? Please help!
Try thinning it a lot and pouring it over. Let it set up before putting fondant on top. 50 cakes, that's energetic.
