Hi, I have baked the NFSC, and I iced with a background royal icing. I wanted to put some Fondant cut outs on top, will there be a problem doing that?
Thanks for you help...

There shouldn't be any problem, Julie. I do sugg4est that you wait until the RI is dry before applying the fondant, though. I would worry that the fondant might "mar" the RI or the wet RI might make the fondant "bleed" or melt.

Thanks bonniebakes for the quick reply. I figured that I better let the royal dry- so I guess I am ok. Thanks again!

I just did this yesterday for the first time. We made I ♥ Dad t-shirt cookies....we made the ♥ out of fondant (my 13yo wanted to learn how to use fondant...so it was our first time using it) I waited for the RI to dry an hour or so - then I used just a little RI as glue on the back of the ♥....just a little bit, so it didn't oooze out - worked perfectly!
