For all the experts that do the beautiful cookie trays. How do you keep the cookies from shifting all over the place once the tray is put together. As soon as you move the tray a little as in transporting them in the car etc, the cookies don't stay in place and pretty soon it's not so pretty anymore. Any tips on keeping cookies in place on the tray?? Thanks for any help.

I use baking and candy cups. Place the treat in an individual cup then place on the tray. Then plastic wrap, loosely applied (don't want to crush the cups!) For the larger cookies, place them in cello bags and tie with a ribbon or fold the opening down and staple some pretty paper on it (you can write wise quotes and such on the paper).
