Hi! I am trying to make a s'mores cake for my daughter's birthday party this weekend (just sound really good). My problem is...how do I go about this? My biggest problem is that it is going to 85 degrees with around 80% humidity icon_confused.gif and I want to decorate it like a normal birthday cake. Here a couple of my ideas:

*chocolate chocolate chip cake with mallow cream filling mixed with chunks of graham cracker (I am worrind that the mallow cream will try to ooze from the middle tho with the humidity.)

*Graham cracker cake baked with mini marshmallows with fudge filling.

I will be icing and decorating with buttercream. Any advice, ideas and expertise I would greatly appreciate. Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

I like to do graham cracker cake, fudge filling, and marshmallow icing. For the icing I just use a jar of marshmallow fluff, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla (sorry I can't give measurements, I just eyeball it). I don't know how well the icing will hold up in the heat though.
