I want to make a sitting lady for a birthday cake I am making. Should I add product in to make the lady dry hard or just leave it for a few days? Also is sugar paste (fondant) best to use for people figures?

Sugarpaste on its own will not dry hard enough you will be better off adding some Tylose powder to your sugarpaste this makes it better to work with or using modelling paste.

fondant is o.k for people, I tried it and it went ok, just had to put some tooth picks in the people I made, but I bet gum paste works better, because it hardens quicker and will not broken, hope it helps
