I ordered a couple items from Kitchen Krafts one day last week and got the order and one of my items was all cracked up so I called today and they are going to contact the vendor and have them send me a new case. I was expecting to have to send it back in and wait to get a new one sent to me. I was very pleased with what they told me and with the customer service in general and will be ordering from them again in the future.
