How do you get the proper consistency when making red ; I constantly had to remix during using it all in the same day? icon_cry.gif

When I need red or black RI, I mix up a complete batch (small batch) of each color. My RI uses meringue powder. I just substitue airbrush color for the water in the recipe and Voila! RI that is just the right consistency.
