I am trying desperatly to find cake decorating classes (outside of wilton) to attend. I like in Northeast Ohio and am willing to drive. So any classes in Ohio, PA, MI or NY???? That anyone knows of, or where I can find them!? Thank you!!

Go to meetup.com and search for the NY cake decorators group and the NJ, not sure if the other states have them but I'm sure NY and NJ do and there's lots of great classes offered thru them!

Toba Garrett teaches 1-week classes at the Institute for Culinary Education in New York City. There is a series of 3 classes, each a week. They have to be taken in order, but you don't have to take all three at the same time. She offers them several times over the course of the year. She is a master and the classes are excellent.
