I found Neviepiecakes on flickr and became totally enamored of her work. She handpaints everything on fondant.
Anyone have any suggestions on if she uses just vodka or does she use the cocoa butter and if it is the cocoa butter, how do you use it to paint on the cookies. I totally love her work and would love to try this!
Here is one of her cookies that my granddaughter would absolutely love!

gorgeous cookies!! Wow!!

Looks like she either uses toned down airbrush colors (since they're liquid they would be great to use in the place of "watercolors")

The cake with the butterfly and flowers, looks like straight americolor gels. I paint with those all the time. here are some cookies I painted with them.....I didn't dilute them with anything, just squirted them on a foam plate and painted with them.

KHalstead, those are absolutely stunning. I can't wait to try this. I have some Americolor airbrush colors. I do this for a hobby and to keep from getting bored and putting myself in financial ruin by giving away cakes I opted for doing some cookies to keep practicing.
