Hi Everyone.. Quick question.. I'm doing a lobster cake for a wedding (groom's cake) in July.. I am going to make the claws & tails from RKT and then put fondant over them and freeze them? The more prep work I can do the better?
Any advise on the right way to freeze this?

Thankyou so much!

i wouldn't worry about freezing them. RKT covered in fondant will be good for at least a week if not longer. I'm not sure what the moisture would do to the RKT when they thawed out.
