Hi y'all,

can you please tell me what I can use on my cake boards/cake circles instead of the expensive fancy-foil wrap?

Thanks in advanceicon_smile.gif

are they going to be seen? If they aren't use the stuff that sticks to itself for food (I am having a brain fart and can't remember the name) it's not clear but opaque. if it's seen you can use wrapping paper covered in clear contact paper but just make sure that there is a barrier beteen that and the cake.

I use freezer paper (shiny side up) It's inexpensive, pretty and very durable. I only cover the base cakeboard I don't cover my cake circles that I use between tiers.

Okay Thank youicon_smile.gif
I just think they get so greasy when I don't put anything on them, but if you guys do the same I will just skip it when they are not visibleicon_smile.gif

I use press-n-seal because I use foam core as my boards, food safety for me. They are alot more sturdy. I get them from the dollar store.
