I would like to make a 3 tier stacked cake out of pavlova for my sisters wedding in spring.
As the wedding is on the other side of the country and we're flying there, I thought I'll just order 3 sizes of pavlova from the bakery there, and then frost them in fresh cream, stack them together wrap a ribbon around each one and put fresh flowers on it.
Can it be done? Has anyone tried this? I looked for ideas online but found nothing helpful.

Hello from a fellow South Aussie! I've never tried stacking a pavlova, but I found a couple of photos on the net that might give you some ideas?

thanx Mrs Sparkles. i loovee the second picture, that looks really yum. My sister has now decided on cupcakes and a tiramisu for the top. But I am gonna try the stacked pavlovas one day soon. There's always a special occasion coming up somewhere!
