Can u freeze a fondant covered cake?? If so, how do i do this?? Thanks in advanceicon_smile.gif

you can freeze fondant so I would venture a GUESS and say you could freeze a fondant covered cake. I would wrap extremely well to freeze, and when ready to defrost, leave wrapped until completely defrosted. Never having done this, it is just an educated guess. HTH

I've not done it myself either but from what I've read elsewhere it is unadvisable because as the cake defrosts the moisture may cause the fondant to slip or for the colours to bleed.
When you're wrapping it, make sure you cover it several times in cling film and perhaps some tin foil too.
