I am going to be making a cake for my mom's 50th birthday and need some cake/filling combination ideas. I will have 3 tiers (wish me luck) and it will be covered in MMF with gumpaste flowers and edible images. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciate. One tier will be red velvet (her favorite) but I don't know what to do for the others. TIA for your help!!

I just made a few new flavors - one was key lime with a key lime cream cheese filling (awesome), and I did a white cake with cheesecake pudding added, then filled with strawberry filling - also wonderful! But there are SO many good flavor combos you could do. Just browse through the recipe section and you'll see how many options you have! icon_smile.gif

You can't go wrong with chocolate cake and chocolate filling or chocolate ganache...yummy!
