Okay, I found it on wilton.com. i don't know if I am allowed to cut and paste, so I didn't. I had 20 pounds of white fondant and had to color most of it pink...I have more than enough, according to their calculations, I need about 14 pounds! Phew...If anyone thinks I am incorrect and I need more, I will appreciate the feedback...I guess I should get to coloring!!!! lol

Very helpful chart! (I googled it: http://www.wilton.com/decorating/fondant/fondant-coverage-chart.cfm) Just remember that every brand of fondant is slightly different and will cover more or less per pound.

Good luck with all that kneading!
