I have been asked to do a BNSF train engine for someone at my husband's work. I was wondering the best method for the railing around the engine. Thanks

toothpicks covered with royal icing,...make sure they know not to eat it, or use straight spaghetti, if you want all edible, again covered with RI. Put RI in your bag fitted with round opening. insert and slowly withdraw toothpick or spaghetti, they will coat themselves, not much pressure needed. insert into blocks of styrofoam until dry. Spaghettis are longer, so they might be better to use, if they are too long, you could break off the xtra length before inserting into cake, make more than you need though to allow for breakages
