Hi! I'm making a figure with a rice krispie base and modeling chocolate "skin", was wondering how far in advance can i make this? Any info would be much appeciated

I've done them as much as 5 days ahead of time. Just make sure you keep it cool so your chocolate doesn't melt or start to sag.
