For those who ask me all the time about coloring gumpaste or fondant in a rich deep red, here is a tutorial on it.
Hope you enjoy!

Looks great! Thanks! I usually add too much at once and get the sticky fondant! I need more patience!

Thanks georgeous lady icon_biggrin.gif . Your tutorials have helped me so much. I would probably never have learned to smooth my buttercream without watching your tutorial.

Thanks Edna as usual your tutorials are great. Can I ask you where you got your container for your crisco? It looks so easy to use.

Yes, too much color at once will make for a sticky mess and it's more difficult to knead.

That was from tupperwear. It was a cereal container that they had for kids.
My son is 13 now, so he doesnt need it anymore.. icon_lol.gif

Thanks Edna. I haven't viewed it yet (waiting till my hubby goes to bed so I don't have to use my earphones) but I am sure it will be just as great as your other videos. This comes at a great time for me as I got my first order for a wedding cake yesterday and I am going to make Red Calla Lilies for the topper. I made my first Callas using your tutorial and now I can make my next ones using your coloring tutorial.

When I get lazy, it's a good choice. Just a bit too expensive.
