Okay, I just got contacted by a bride who is getting married june 26 (that's this year). She wants a 3 tier off center cake. 3 tiers separated by pillars and off center. she needs to serve 120. she also wants an open bible groom's cake. I really need to make some money, but I don't want to give these cakes away. Please help, I was thinking to quote her 450 for both cakes. Input?

Well to start with separations AND off-center? WHY? And no to the off center.

A 6/9/12 round will provide 100 servings and the Wilton open book should provide the other 20. My basic pricing is $3 per serving for buttercreme, so $360 from me, plus $30 equipment fee and $50 delivery fee.

Do you have to be licensed where you are, because that also affects your pricing?
