Just a question, maybe its a dumb question, but I honestly don't know...I know I can't sell a cake with Spongebob or other licensed character piped on without permission from the company....BUT, can I buy a Spongebob pan, decorate the cake and sell that????

The only Spongebob cake you can make is a cake decorated like an ocean with Spongebob toys sitting on it.

yeah, im not a business but i made an elmo head cake for a friend using the wilton elmo tin, and its actually has "for personal use only" printed into the tin,
