How To Make Pleated Ribbons/ Swags?

I want to make the pleated ribbons/ swags seen in this picture. Toneda also has a lot of cakes with this style. Please help.

I do believe these are 3 different pieces. You can also pleat one piece. Toba garrett taught us how to do that in one of her classes. You cut out a piece of fondant/gp deep enough and long enough to go around cake.Then you start at top, and hem top under, and then fold first row, up , then fold second row up, etc. then put water or glue around cake and add this swag .hth, Also, p/m this person and they will nicely get back with you and tell you how they did it.
