Hello!
So I have a cake due Saturday, and the person wants fresh sliced strawberries on top of the Cream Cheese icing. The cake will be fully covered in Fondant with Fondant and G.P. Decorations. How do I go about making this without the strawberries going bad? MY original plan was to torte and fill cake on Thursday, Decorate Friday, Deliver Saturday afternoon. Would I have to just do everything Friday?
Aaarrgh.
All advice, tips, help appreciated!

Is there anyway you can put it into the fridge after filling it on thursday and decorating on friday? I think if you kept it in the fridge without compromising your decorations then it should be okay.
