I am trying to see if I can find something that is less expensive then the fondant sheeters.

??? There might be food safety issues, but I really have no idea. Maybe someone who knows what they're talking about will chime in

From what I understand ( I managed a restaurant) you cant use anything that doesn't say "NSF" on it, especially major equipment. It definitely needs to be created for food use, specifically commercial food use, if you are licensed. When I get my license, I may have to get rid of some of my favorite tools...
