I am using a filling bought off the shelf at our cake supply store. I know it does not need to be refrigerated but how long will it last once opened? And do I need to refrigerate what I do not use? Then would I have to refrigerate the cupcakes I fill with it? Just checking as I started doing cupcake bouquets and they are a huge hit.
