anyone know how to make those candy jewels that fancy flours advertises?

If I am not mistaken those are made with isolalt. HTH

the candy jewels or the diva jewels? The diva jewels, if you can find a suitable mold, would be a two part project. You would have to pour colored sugar into the mold first to get the jem. Then when close to being set, you would then pour the clear sugar on top, to finish filling the mold and get that clear border.
