I just bought some fruit filling sleeves-bavarian cream, lemon and strawberry. My question- what cake flavours would go well with these? The bavarian is the one I'm really stumped on, I haven't even opened and tried it yet. TIA
Chocolate is what I usually pair with Bavarian Creme, seems to get the best response.
However I also combine fillings in cakes and the one I get the best reviews on is White cake with bavarian creme and rapsberry stripped on each filling layer (so you get a little of both with every peice)
