Hello,
I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea about how to make a clam shell.. i've been asked to make a beach theme cake with a topper as an open clam shell.. i've seen many pictures with really nice detail, does anyone know if i can get a mold somewhere or the best way to go about doing this? THNKS ! any tips are appreciated

You can make your own mold using a real shell or you can buy a clam shell candy mold and use it with gumpaste(or whatever medium you were planning on using)
