Hi there, I have been making and decorating cakes for around 6 months now and love it. Im doing my biggest challenge so far soon, after many years of waiting my father has finally finished restoring my classic Triumph Vitesse convertible.
As a thank you/congratulations I am going to try and make and ice a cake model of the car.

The detailing on the car is quite demanding and I didnt want to leave it all to the day before.
If I make, carve and cover the cake... How long can it be left like that? Whilst I get on with the more detailed parts. Wing mirrors etc.

Thanks icon_biggrin.gif
