Do I put the fondant on before or after I put the pregnant belly/boobs part on the sheet cake? I want to do that part of the cake in advance, then freeze and assemble the day before.

I looked at the cake and I would say after. Otherwise, I think you'll have problems with the drape at the bottom of the belly.
