I need help, doing a birthday for tomorrow and my fondant is ripping what can I do.

The two things that come to mind is that maybe it's rolled too thin or maybe it's too dry. I find that I have a tendency to roll my fondant too thin and then it cracks. If your fondant seems too dry try kneading in some Crisco and give it another try.

Thanks I forgot about the shortening because I added more frosting because it turned crusty.

This is the final product. She love it.
I still had problems with the border was breaking.
