I baked some DH sheets yesterday to make a Bible cake (straight from the box), but they seem too fragile.
What is the best cake for carving?

I use the Durable wedding/ 3D cake receipe found in the "most saved" receipes here on cc. It's what I used for my Dr. Seuss green eggs and ham cake. It works great for carved cakes.
